SHIPPING: Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your package. In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 days from the date your order was placed, however during high order volumes processing times may increase. 

Once your package(s) is sent out and a tracking number has been emailed we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pretty Girl Couture is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather or mishandling of carrier.

                                      

RETURNS: Pretty Girl Couture values and strives to satisfy all of our customers. Unfortunately, We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.
